Street Roots Vendor
I have been a long-time supporter of Street Roots newspapers then in June 2025, I found myself homeless and helpless in a broken-down van. I was given a Street Roots Rose City Resource Guide. It took a while to figure out where to get food, laundry, and a safe place to park, but the resource guide helped me get back up on my feet. I am now also a Street Roots Vendor.
The Resource Guide is great, but it was really hard finding where things were at. When I stabilized a little, I put the Rose City Resource Guide up online, with a map showing where what is. It was a lot of work and programs are expensive.
I am currently working on a version for the entire United States. The programs and programming for that will cost a great deal. Right now my funding is doing Balloons, Face Painting, and selling New Papers.
