Long-term advocacy and case management to individuals who self-identify as victims or survivors of a crime in Portland or Vancouver, WA (Not an emergency service provider.) Support available in most languages, and advocates specialize in issues such as mental and behavioral health, substance use, social work, CPS and DHS, immigrant, asylum and refugee services, criminal and civil court proceedings, restorative justice and housing/houselessness. Offer emotional support, crisis intervention and civil and criminal advocacy and referrals to outside resources. Reporting to law enforcement is not necessary, can support witnesses or relatives.

Provides free legal assistance to low-income farmworkers, typically help with cases related to employment as a farmer worker including wage claims, discrimination, sexual harassment, claims under laws that apply to farm labor contractors and agricultural employers, housing and occupational health and safety. Call the general line for walk-in hours or for family law intakes.
