We assist the formerly incarcerated with bus fare, food, clothing and mentoring in hopes of ending the cycle of recidivism. Offer employment, housing, and behavioral health referrals, peer-to-peer counseling and family support services.
Trauma-informed, data-driven, person-centered homelessness and reentry services. Locations in Clatsop, Lincoln, Multnomah, Tillamook and Yamhill Counties in Oregon. The reentry program offers employment and recovery support and life skills classes. Require drug and alcohol screenings and mandatory community service hours.

Program dedicated to helping people reenter the community after incarceration from State or Local Jails in Multnomah County within the last two years. Assist with securing state ID, navigating community resources for housing, employment, health career and treatment, plus family reunification, disability services. Offer access to phone, email, fax, internet and mailbox.
Recovery and support services that can assist with housing, employment, medical and related social services. Supplies each individual with basic daily living resources that are essential in navigating the first to second month after re-entry.
